This super easy to make hibachi fried rice is made in just minutes using leftover long grain rice like basmati rice or jasmine rice.

For this recipe, i use canola oil, butter, less sodium soy sauce, white onion, peas, carrots, and one fried egg. For an even lower sodium version, substitute regular soy sauce with low sodium. Add a tablespoon of butter into the heated wok or skillet.

Cook and stir until rice mixture is evenly coated, about 3 minutes. Then, add the garlic and ginger, cooking until deliciously fragrant. Cook and stir until rice is warmed, about 2 minutes.

In my recipe i use a combination of low sodium and regular soy sauce because it gives me the perfect balance of flavor and saltiness. Combine toasted sesame seeds, soy sauce, ground mustard ( mixed with 1 tsp water ) and garlic powder in a blender or food processor bowl. Toss in more of the veggies.

Next, prepare your vegetables by cutting and grouping them in bowls based on how long they cook. You can also add cabbage or napa cabbage if you like but i wouldn't add anything else as this would alter the flavor of your hibachi style fried rice. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium/high heat.

You can't go wrong with carrots cut into match sticks, green peas and sliced spring onions. Add sliced onion, baby bella mushrooms, zucchini, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, salt, and pepper to skillet. Add the ham, and toss to distribute evenly. Add the cooked rice and butter, then mix in the veggies and soy sauce. All you will need is a few cups of some cooked rice, cooking oil, white onion, frozen peas and carrots blend, an egg, butter, and soy sauce!

With the cooking pan placed on a flat surface, add water by filling up to the water scale marked “3” for “white rice” or “brown rice”. How to make hibachi fried rice: Many hibachi places use it for fried rice.

When butter has completely melted, dump the bowl of rice and other ingredients into the pan and add soy sauce plus a dash of salt and pepper. This is a recipe for a full hibachi style meal. Season your fried rice with soy sauce, salt, and pepper (to taste).

Mix rice into egg mixture; In a separate large skillet or wok, heat 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil and 1 tablespoon avocado oil on medium high heat. Finish by adding the sesame oil and scallions and toss to combine.

In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream to low heat and add the blended sesame seed, soy, and mustard mixture. Store left over in air tight container and refrigerate. Drizzle the soy sauce along the rim of the pan and then quickly toss the rice to coat it evenly.

It includes the chicken, veggies, fried rice, and bean sprouts.
