Healthy brussel sprouts recipe air fryer. Place brussels sprouts in air fryer basket. Open the bag of frozen brussel sprouts directly into the air fryer basket. Give the whole bowl a big toss until the olive oil and nutritional yeast completely coats the sprouts.

Turn the air fryer to 390f and set it for 14 minutes. Serving size is about 3/4 cup. Place brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.

Prepare the sprouts as usual, then spread them out on a baking sheet and cook at 425 degrees f for about 20 minutes. Add the brussel sprouts in an even layer in the basket of your air fryer. After 10 minutes they should be softened and a bit golden on the outside.

Place the sprouts in the fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes then spray/coat with olive oil and sprinkle on the black pepper, garlic and pink salt and continue to cook for a further 6 minutes or until crispy. Add the brussels sprouts to the air fryer and shake so they are in a single layer. If brussels sprouts are not tender after 15 minutes, add an extra 5 minutes.
